The Middle School continues the creative charge with more in-depth art projects, such as the paper-mache monsters or very small animals created in clay. Stressing color concepts and the art elements, the projects range from painted shoes in the style of various artists to abstract compositions in oil pastels and toperspective renderings.
Theatre Arts introduces a variety of curriculum from theatre history to acting fundamentals.The Middle School also performs a full-scale musical annually that is audition-only. Past productions include Seussical the Musicaland Fiddler on the Roof.
Students learn basic percussion skills as well as multiple drum corps style instruments. Students are encouraged to practice daily and be a part of Middle School Drumline.
Students gain a basic understanding of reading music, tone production and harmony. Choral music students participate in Eucharist and in concerts throughout the year.
Instructors from the Metropolitan Classical Ballet of Fort Worth and Arlington offer ballet for continuing students.
All Saints' artists have secured the top awards in Mayfest's student art contest! All three of the top awards in the 2D High School division went to All Saints' students, as well as 2nd place in high school photography and 1st place in Middle School 2D art.
Last night, All Saints’ Theatre Arts won BIG at the Betty Lynn Buckley Awards! All Saints' was the only school nominated for both Best Musical and Best Play and the FIRST school to win both categories!
