Field Hockey Wins State Championship

Our Varsity Field Hockey team played St. Agnes in Houston on Friday, winning 1-0 to claim the state championship title! We scored in the first five minutes of the game with an assist from Sadie Paul '24 and goal from Aspen Jones '23.
Perrin Williams '21 returned from injury to lead the team in a defensive success. Sofia Siratt '21, goalie, netted the most important shutout of her high school career. The team's seniors won state as freshmen and will leave with a second state title. Go Saints! 
Coach Weaver says, "I am very proud of all my athletes and am thankful for our senior leaders: Kennedy Allen, Claire Bothwell, Victoria Pipinich, Sofia Siratt, Addie Thompson and Perrin Williams."
