Dr. Nicole Devlin Stroud

New Middle School Division Head Announced

All Saints' is honored to announce that Dr. Nicole Devlin Stroud will assume the Middle School Division Head role in the 2019-2020 school year. In her current role as Assistant Head of the All Saints' Lower School, she has been integral in developing the adjustments to the Sixth Grade so that it continues to serve as an effective and meaningful bridge year between Lower and Middle School. The cover story in the upcoming issue of Innovate is written by Dr. Stroud, and highlights the many ways we honor our tween-agers, see attached image.
In her time at All Saints’, Dr. Stroud has earned significant respect from faculty, students and parents through her authentic demeanor and willingness to help in every capacity. Before serving as Assistant Head of Lower School, Dr. Stroud has been a teacher in preschool, in our Lower School and at TCU; she earned her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from TCU, and has served as a Curriculum Specialist for SafeHaven, as a Facilitation Director for The LiiNK Project advocating more physical activity for students, and presented at conferences and on panels about the importance of including nature in education.
The current Middle School Division Head, Mike Gonzalez, has served the School for 18 years and will retire from the Division Head role in May. We look forward to Dr. Stroud’s fresh perspective and we are confident in her abilities to elevate an already-robust Middle School.
