Distinguished Alumni Award
The Distinguished Alumni Award was established in 2017 with the hope of honoring alumni who embody the School's Outcome Statement: A graduate of All Saints' Episcopal School will exercise genius within through developing a relationship with God, by engaging the world, and by serving others.
2022-23 Award Recipient
Joseph Cervantez '03
The Alumni Board is pleased to announce that the recipient of the 2022-23 Distinguished Alumni Award is Joseph Cervantez, Class of 2003. We will honor Joseph at Commencement this year.
Joseph Cervantez is a Senior Account Executive at FedEx where
he has worked for the last 13 years. Prior to joining FedEx, Joseph
was a teacher and coach at Paschal High School. Joseph is a friend to
all; some of his classmates describe him as the most genuinely nice
person they know.
One of the most valuable lessons I've learned is the power of education in breaking the cycle of poverty. I set up a needs-based scholarship at All Saints' to provide a student with opportunities that he/she might not otherwise have - access to a college-prep education and exposure to real-world problem solving.

2021-22: Dr. Christopher Douglas '05
Christopher Douglas is the Chief Executive Officer of River Oaks Hospital & Clinics in Houston, Texas. Christopher earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Science & Sports Management at Rice University where he also played Defensive Back for the Rice football team. He went on to earn an M.Ed. in Sports & Fitness Administration and an Ed.D. in Professional Leadership in Health Science from the University of Houston.

2019-20: Paul Stouffer '99
After graduating from All Saints', Paul was accepted to Duke University's Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program and attended Harvard Business School. After college, he served as a Corporate Development Manager at Cameron International Corporation, working on several acquisition and divestiture projects for various operating divisions around the world. Paul then moved to Cameron's Process Systems division where, from 2014-2016, he led their global supply chain group. Prior to entering the private sector, Paul served in the U.S. Navy as the Strike Warfare Division Officer aboard USS Mobile Bay, the Reactor Electrical Division Officer onboard USS Dwight D. Eisenhower and a Foreign Military Sales Country Program Director with the Navy's international programs office. Paul is currently the Vice President of Corporate Development at Jones Industrial Holdings, Inc. and Universal Plant Services, which he joined in 2016. Paul is a proud husband to Kate and father of three lively sons, Jack, George and James.
2017-18: Emily Ryan Williams '05
2020-21: The Rev. Dr. David Madison '92
After graduating from All Saints’, Father Madison attended Austin College before earning a law degree from Baylor University. He was then admitted to the State Bar of Texas and practiced law before attending seminary at Nashotah House in Wisconsin, graduating cum laude with a Master of Divinity degree. After he was ordained as a priest, he served All Saints’ Episcopal Church for three years as Parochial Associate. In 2007, he was called back to School as the Director of Religious Studies and Chaplain, and in 2010, he was appointed Assistant Head of School and Head of Upper School. During his tenure, he was instrumental in shaping and penning the outline of our nationally recognized K-12 Religion Curriculum. He then completed a Doctor of Ministry degree in educational leadership at Virginia Theological Seminary. He is currently the Executive Director of the Southwestern Association of Episcopal Schools where he carries its mission “to lead, to nurture, and to unify Episcopal schools in order to advance educational excellence within the faith community of the Episcopal Church.”
2018-19: Gareth Bridge, M.D. '04
Following graduation from All Saints’ in 2004, Gareth attended the University of Arkansas where he completed his bachelor’s degree in biology in 2008. In 2013, he graduated from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. After completing his residency in family medicine at Resurrection Health Family Medicine in Memphis, Tennessee he relocated to Satanta, Kansas where he is serving as Chief of Staff at Satanta District Hospital. In addition, since graduating from the University of Arkansas, Gareth has made six short-term mission trips to Africa. He is currently enrolled in classes at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, preparing for long-term overseas mission work. Gareth and his wife Amy have three children, Connett (3), Ellie Ruth (8 months) and Sophie (5 months).
