All Saints' Day is an annual opportunity to bestow the School’s highest honor to members of our community who have tirelessly given of themselves to uphold our cherished values and traditions while propelling us toward elevated excellence. We are pleased to announce Patti and Wes Berkovsky as the recipients of the 2024 Saints Award.
Patti and Wes began their relationship with All Saints’ Episcopal School in 1983, when they enrolled 2-year-old Chip in the small preschool held in the basement of All Saints’ Episcopal Church. Throughout the years, Patti and Wes worked tirelessly to send all five of their children to All Saints’ Episcopal School: Chip Berkovsky '00, Kelley Berkovsky Burt '02, John Berkovsky '04, Katie Berkovsky Forman '06 and Peter Berkovsky '10. In addition to attending countless school activities for their five children, Patti served many years on the PTO, even serving as PTO President and Board Member. Patti loves to recall that she interviewed Dr. Bird for the Head of School position many moons ago. Wes famously coached the All Saints’ Episcopal School Varsity Girls Soccer team to a TAPPS Championship in 1999. They both have left powerful marks on the School and continue to be staples within the All Saints’ community.
Patti and Wes’s biggest accomplishment is their family. They are proud Grandma and Doppy to Georgie '30, Harrison '32, Drew '34, John '36, Eddie, Teddy, MJ, and hopefully more to come. As of next year, they will have six grandchildren at All Saints'. These days, Doppy is well-known around campus for bringing the grandkids to school, his favorite part of the day. You will often see him and Grandma on campus attending Chapel, birthday blessings, and sporting events.
