Saints Award 2021

Susan Doyle

We are pleased to announce Susan Herty Doyle as the recipient of the 2021 Saints Award, the School’s highest honor bestowed to members of our community who have tirelessly given of themselves to uphold our cherished values and traditions while propelling us toward elevated excellence. We honored her in our annual All Saints' Day Ceremony on Monday, November 1, 2021.

Susan's greatest gift to All Saints' was sharing her daughter, Jacqueline (JK), who graduated in 2001. She also served on the Board of Trustees from 1994-2000, the final year stepping in as president. After other professional endeavors, Susan returned to All Saints' in administration as the Director of Development, then our first Director of Institutional Advancement. The Offices of Development, Annual Fund, Alumni Affairs, Parent Relations and Communications and Marketing were elevated under her leadership. FAME (Fine Arts Matter in Education) was launched and nurtured under her guiding hand, and our world-class $80 million campus was largely made possible by the fundraising efforts she led. Further, Susan nurtured the development of the All Saints' Episcopal School Curriculum Foundation by assisting with our Great Lives Biography series and by bringing in renowned speakers. She exemplified what it means to be a true Saint, focused on serving and connecting others.

Susan left this world too early in December of 2020, but her memory is very much alive on our campus and within our programs.

All Saints’ Episcopal School created the Susan Herty Doyle Scholarship Endowment in Susan’s honor. She was passionate about many areas within All Saints’ but her heart was deeply committed to ensuring as many students as possible have access to our School. If you wish to support, please give here.
