Head of School
The All Saints’ Episcopal School Board of Trustees named Wallace Worden the School’s third Head of School in 2025. With more than three decades in education, including more than 25 years at All Saints’, his experience spans the classroom and athletic fields to division and school leadership. Mr. Worden's leadership is grounded in strong relationships, high expectations, and the belief that exceptional schools know and value each student while challenging them to grow in character, confidence, and purpose.
Mr. Worden earned his B.S. from Barry University, M.Ed. from Arizona State University and currently is completing his Ed.D. at the University of Southern California. A Fort Worth native, he and wife Keri have been married for over 20 years and they have two Lifetime Saints: Wiley '28 and Kirby '30.

Board of Trustees
The Board delegates all executive functions to the Head of School, who within the context of policy, selects the curriculum, faculty and teaching methods for the school, determines the activities of the school, both curricular and extra-curricular, and establishes procedures to be followed. The Board carries out all professional relationships with school employees through the Head of School. It formulates regulations regarding the use of the school plant, has full responsibility for financing the educational program, provides for periodic audit of all financial transactions, and authorizes the preparation of an annual budget.
