To attract and enroll a talented and diverse student body.
The majority of All Saints' financial aid dollars are allocated to need-based assistance; however, we do offer several merit-based scholarships recognizing excellence in academics, arts, service, and leadership as outlined below.
Head's Scholar
General Information
The Head’s Scholarship Award is a merit award granted to a select number of current All Saints’ students who have consistently excelled in their academic performance and demonstrated a high degree of servant leadership and character in everything they do.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring the application and letter of character reference have been submitted to the Admission Office by the deadline. No exceptions.
Head’s Scholar Application Deadline: January 27, 2023
Eligibility
- Entering Grade 8, 9, 10
- Completion of Head's Scholarship Application
- Achievement of minimum 94 overall average for the last three years (Note: If student has attended All Saints’ less than three years, he/she must have a 94 average at All Saints’ and from his/her previous school)
- Demonstration of exemplary character and servant leadership through service learning projects within the larger community and cocurricular/extracurricular involvement
- Completion of SSAT
- Test date is Saturday, February 25, 2023 (Admission Office will provide test event code)
- Fee is $165
- Designate All Saints’ Episcopal School (1210) as a recipient of test scores
- Completion of character reference letter written by a non-relative who has worked with the student outside of a school setting
- Selection of two current teachers who are willing to complete a teacher recommendation form on the student's behalf
Grant Award
Application and Selection Process
- Candidate completes eligibility requirements, including the Head's Scholar Application.
- Candidate submits character reference letter to MaryTracy@aseschool.org
- Admission Office emails specified teachers a link to the online recommendation form; teachers submit form electronically to Admission Office.
- Finalists are determined by a selection committee based on a combination of grades, SSAT test scores, character reference, teacher recommendations, servant leadership qualities and involvement in extracurricular activities; all candidates will be notified of their finalist status.
- Finalists participate in additional activities that could include a project, essay and/or public speaking.
- The Head's Scholarship Selection Committee will review all applications submitted by January 27, 2023.
To be eligible for annual renewal of the Head's Scholar Award while enrolled at All Saints’ Episcopal School, students must:
- Maintain a minimum 94 overall grade average
- Continue to demonstrate ongoing exemplary character and servant leadership through service learning projects within the larger community and co-curricular/extracurricular involvement
- Continue to explore and display drive and passion in one or more co-curricular/extracurricular activities, including but not limited to fine arts, athletics, special interest academic areas, environmental initiatives, student-led clubs, etc.
- Enroll in the most challenging curricula, when applicable, such as Honors level, AP and/or Classics Diploma track classes and for the Tad Bird Honors College
Saints Scholar

The Saints’ Scholarship Award is a merit award granted to a select number of students who are entering their first year at All Saints', who have consistently excelled in their academic performance and demonstrated a high degree of servant leadership and character in everything they do.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring ALL requirements for consideration are in the Admission Office by the deadline.

Eligibility
- Entering Grade 5-11
- Completion of Saints Scholarship Application
- Achievement of minimum 94 overall average for the last three years
- Demonstration of exemplary character and servant leadership through service learning projects within the larger community and co-curricular/extracurricular involvement
- Completion of admission testing.
- Completion of two character reference letters (in addition to Admission application requirements, if applicable) from a non-relative who has worked with your child outside of a school setting.

Ford Foundation Scholarship
General Information
The All Saints’ Episcopal School Edward E. Ford Foundation Endowed Scholarship was created in January 2009 with a grant from the Ford Foundation, matched 3:1 by the All Saints’ community. Endowed scholarships provide invaluable educational access to students who otherwise would not be able to afford the academic opportunity and privilege of attending an independent school like All Saints’ Episcopal. The scholarship, which is open to new students entering grade 9 or 10, is awarded to one student every three to four years. The recipient will have consistently excelled in academic performance and demonstrated a high degree of servant leadership and character in everything they do.
The Ford Foundation Scholarship will be available for the 2026-2027 school year.

Rhodes Fine Arts Scholarship
General Information
The Ann L. & Carol Green Rhodes Fine Arts Scholarship Award provides need-based tuition assistance for a bright, deserving student who illustrates a passion for the arts. Each year, funds from the Ann L. & Carol Green Rhodes Trust’s endowment gift to All Saints’ Episcopal School are utilized to provide half of the tuition for one current or prospective student in the Upper School, who meets the eligibility requirements.
Rhodes Fine Arts Scholarship application deadline: February 10, 2023
Eligibility
- Entering Grade 9, 10 or 11
- Completion of Rhodes Fine Arts Scholarship Application, in addition to all required elements of Application for Admission
- Demonstration of participation in, and passion for, the arts
- Demonstration of financial need through Tuition Assistance Application Process
Grant Award
Application and Selection Process
- Candidate completes eligibility requirements, including the Rhodes Fine Arts Scholarship Application.
- Candidate uploads two reference letters (in addition to Admission Application requirements) specifically addressing his/her fine arts participation and achievement.
- Candidate uploads 2-minute video demonstrating passion for the arts.
- The Rhodes Fine Arts Scholarship Selection Committee will review all completed applications submitted by February 10, 2023.
- Selection Committee chooses finalists based on all components of the application.
- Finalist interviews will then take place.
The Rhodes Fine Arts Scholarship Award is renewable through graduation, provided the student maintains acceptable academic, behavioral and community standards, as well as continued involvement in the arts at All Saints'. Continuing support is also dependent upon the student's family completing the required paperwork and qualifying for financial aid each year.
Kent Henning Alumni Scholarship
General Information
In 2006, the Alumni Association Board of All Saints’ Episcopal School established the Kent Henning Alumni Scholarship Endowment in honor of Kent Henning, the School’s first Director of Alumni Relations and founder of the Alumni Association. It was created to offer additional financial support for alumni legacy families enrolled in the School.
The Kent Henning Alumni Scholarship Award is a need-based award granted to a select number of new and continuing alumni legacy families who uphold and reinforce the values and ideals of All Saints' Episcopal School. The family must also display engagement in the School community through prior or current service in the Alumni Association and/or parent organizations.
Each year, the Alumni Association Board hosts the All Saints’ Clay Shoot event to raise money for the Endowment; other donor gifts may be designated to support the Endowment as well. While the Alumni Association Board determines the number of awards and financial benefit of each, a separate Kent Henning Alumni Scholarship Award selection committee reviews all applications and grants the award(s). The award(s) is/are intended to supplement financial aid for the upcoming academic year.

Kent Henning Scholarship Application Deadline: May 12, 2023
Eligibility
- Alumni* legacy families with students entering EC-12
- Display engagement in the School community through prior or current service in the Alumni Association and/or parent organizations
- Demonstration of financial need through Tuition Assistance Application Process
- Completion of Kent Henning Alumni Scholarship Award Application
*A Legacy family is defined as a family who has one or more students enrolled in EC-12 with one or more parents who graduated from the School, completed the highest grade available at the time, or are former students.

Saint Joseph Scholarship
General Information
The Saint Joseph’s Scholarship Award is a need-based award granted to a select number of students new to All Saints’ who consistently demonstrate capable academic performance, hold a high degree of servant leadership and character, and, in the opinion of the School, will help elevate one or more programs and activities. It is funded by generous donors who wish to augment the School’s tuition assistance budget and help enrich our culture.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring ALL requirements for consideration are in the Admission Office by the deadline.
Saint Joseph’s Scholarship Application Deadline: August 1, 2023
Eligibility
- Entering Upper School students
- Completion of Saint Joseph’s Scholarship Application
- Demonstrate tuition assistance need of 75% or higher
- Achievement of minimum 85 overall average for the last three years
- Demonstration of exemplary character and servant leadership through service learning projects within the larger community and cocurricular/extracurricular involvement
- Completion of Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) or PSAT. See Admission Process for test dates and other information.
- Completion of two character reference letters (in addition to Admission application requirements) from a non-relative who has worked with your child outside of a school setting.

- The Saint Joseph’s Scholarship Selection Committee will review all completed applications submitted by August 1, 2023.
To be eligible for annual renewal of Saint Joseph’s Scholar Award while enrolled at All Saints’ Episcopal School, students must:
- Maintain a respectable overall grade average
- Continue to demonstrate ongoing exemplary character and servant leadership through service learning projects within the larger community and co-curricularr/extracurricular involvement
- Continue to explore and display drive and passion in one or more co-curricular/extracurricular activities, including but not limited to fine arts, athletics, special interest academic areas, environmental initiatives, student-led clubs, etc.
