Recharge Extended Day

Recharge is an extended day offering with time for academic extensions, STEAM activities, outdoor play, and more. This time provides students the opportunity to reset and recharge before heading home for the day.

Financial Aid Application Information and Deadlines

Log in or create a new account with Clarity, our third-party partner for need-based financial aid process, and follow the easy steps to complete your application. Their streamlined system automatically transfers your 1040 and W2 documents from the previous year, so you will no longer need to upload those documents manually. The deadlines for submitting your application are as follows:

Re-Enrolling All Saints' families: January 9, 2026
Kindergarten, Early Decision: December 1, 2025
Kindergarten, General Pool: February 6, 2026
New 1st-12th grade families: February 20, 2026

Submit and pay the application fee ($60). This fee is nonrefundable.

Please note that the School does not offer Financial Aid to students enrolling in Early Childhood. For any additional questions about applying for financial aid, please contact the Admission Office by email or at (817) 560-5746.

Although the majority of our financial aid is need-based, we do offer a handful of merit-based scholarships (some of which also require proof of need).

How and when is financial aid available?

All Saints’ Episcopal School uses an objective third-party processor, Clarity, to provide a financial profile of an applying family. Clarity estimates the amount a family is able to pay according to their methodology. After careful consideration, All Saints’ determines a financial aid package for a family. Financial aid packages are available to current families during the re-enrollment period in late January and are available to new families at the time of admission in early March.

Yes, All Saints' takes the privacy and security of your personal information very seriously. Clarity is certified for both GDPR and SOC2 and uses enterprise-level security standards including end-to-end encryption of all personally identifiable information.
