We'd love for you to learn more about the program and its distinctive features and curriculum and tour the Dillard Center for Early Childhood Education. While we are not hosting typical in-person group events this year, we will offer various ways for you to connect with our community and get a broad perspective of all our School has to offer.

Submit Online Application and Teacher Recommendation
Kindergarten applicants must be five years of age by September 1 to be considered for August enrollment. The application and nonrefundable application fee of $100 must be submitted with the application. Upon receipt, confidential recommendation forms for the child’s preschool will be sent directly to the preschool and must be submitted to complete the child’s application file.
Applying for Early Decision For Kindergarten admission, preference is given to currently enrolled families, parishioners of All Saints’ Episcopal Church and children of alumni and faculty/staff members. These applicants who wish to apply only to All Saints’ are eligible to apply for early decision to Kindergarten. The early decision application deadline is November 6, 2020, decision notifications are sent December 11, 2020, and enrollment contracts accompanied by tuition payments are due January 22, 2021.
Apply for General Admission For families who would be new to the School or are applying to more than one school, the application deadline is January 15, 2021. Decision notifications will be sent February 19, 2021. According to the agreement between the four schools in our Consortium, no official or unofficial decision notification will be made through verbal or written means before this date.
Kindergarten Readiness Assessment
Applicants entering Kindergarten will take the Kaufman Test of Educational Achievement Third Edition (KTEA-3 Brief) and the Kaufman Brief Intelligence Test Second Edition (KBIT-2). These tests are individually administered and are a measure of achievement in reading, math, written and oral language and verbal and nonverbal ability.
If you have indicated on your application that your child will be testing at All Saints’, we will contact you to schedule an appointment on our campus. Testing for Early Decision candidates is November-January; all other candidates will test in January and February. Students who are applying to more than one of the schools in the Fort Worth Consortium – comprised of All Saints’ Episcopal School, Fort Worth Academy, Fort Worth Country Day and Trinity Valley School – should schedule the testing at one school and request the scores be sent to the other school(s). Except under special circumstances determined by the test administrators, results are not valid if a test is administered to the student more than once within a given year.

Request Recommendations
Confidential recommendation forms for TWO of the child’s current teachers and the principal/counselor are to be submitted online. To request these recommendations, log in to The Wire (the School's website) and click on your child’s name in the upper left corner. The Admission Checklist will then be visible. Click the pencil box (“Start”) next to each Recommendation Form and enter the recommender’s name and email address. The person receiving the request will get an automatic message from the Admission Team explaining the process, and you may include additional comments to that person as well. You will be able to see the progress of all submissions on the Checklist.
Request School Records
It is the responsibility of the parents to submit records from their child’s current school. These records must include the previous year’s grade report, if applicable, a mid-year report card and any reports of standardized testing. Parents may upload this information through the checklist, or the current school may send the records directly to us.

Once you receive the Event Code from a member of the Admission team, please visit www.iseetest.org. When registering, please enter All Saints’ Episcopal School’s Code 442498 for results to be sent to us. The $140 ISEE testing fee is payable to Educational Records Bureau.
