Lower School

All Lower School graders experience science, design thinking, digital production and project-based learning in the Exploratorium. This space provides opportunities for experimentation through science content lessons and the engineering design process. Students can "think like a marine biologist" through our Career Adventures initiative and explore their genius within through a Maker Skills Workshop. Investigations in coding and robotics develop critical thinking, inspire collaboration and serve as a primer for Middle School Robotics. 

Each grade level participates in a specific service project during the year. In addition, students may participate in School-wide initiatives, including Stock the Shelves supporting food insecure neighbors in the surrounding areas.
